Phase 1: inquiry-only
This site currently accepts inquiries only — no money is exchanged in Phase 1. There is nothing to cancel beyond telling me that you no longer need the date.
Phase 2: deposit bookings (preliminary tiers)
When deposit booking is introduced in Phase 2, the following tiers are under consideration. These are industry-standard placeholders and must not be relied upon until Youssef confirms them and they are finalized in counsel-reviewed terms.
- More than 30 days before tour: full deposit refund minus payment-processor fee
- 15–30 days before: 50% deposit refund
- 7–14 days before: 25% deposit refund
- Less than 7 days: no refund (rebooking offered subject to availability)
Force majeure
If I cancel for any reason, or if the tour is prevented by weather, civil events, or site closures: full refund of any amount paid, plus reasonable rebooking assistance.
Phase 4 finalization
This scope draft will be replaced with a finalized Cancellation Policy reviewed by qualified counsel before the site goes live. The DRAFT banner above will be removed at that point.
